Shipping policy

After placing an order with dmaxxsports.com, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer standard shipping within the United States, which usually takes 5-7 business days.

For faster delivery, we also provide express shipping with FedEx at an additional cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that FedEx doesn’t ship to PO Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work together to resolve the issue.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by natural climate change and disasters.

Custom orders take longer to process and ship out 3 to 5 business days after the initial order. If you select express shipping, please note that your order will be shipped after your custom order is completed.

Orders that qualify for “Free Shipping” will be shipped using our standard shipping method.
